REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Please insure that you are truly interested in our product before purchasing. We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed there is absolutely NOÂ REFUND!!!
 *Only regular priced items may be exchanged if damaged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. If you summit the wrong shipping address you can pay an additional shipping fee to have your product resent to the correct address if you do not pay shipping fee you will forfeit your product and your payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do offer replacements for products that is defective. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. Our manufacturers make sure to inspect all items before we get them and we thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping orders to ensure consistency and quality. If customers claim a product is defensive, the customer is responsible to pay shipping fee to return the item and SluttyCourtHouse is responsible to return a new item to customer.
Orders that are damaged during shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you mistakenly receive a product that is defective please contact us with pictures and videos proving that the item you received is of poor quality. When you send the pictures/videos the product should still be in its natural state and also in its original packaging. Once a replacement is processed item must be sent back to the return address. Please include your name order number and reason for return in the package. It will take 3-5 business days for your replacement to be shipped out. No refund can be received after returning the product only a replacement or a store credit towards a future order.
